PROJECT UPDATE / EIGHTH HOUSE

We have some exciting news to share… construction has begun on our first project!!! This semi-detached house in New Toronto is about to undergo a major transformation. With nearly one thousand additional square feet, this home will become a true haven for our wonderful clients. This project is all about giving this family of 5 a brighter, more comfortable and more spacious home that addresses their needs and reflects their lifestyle.

This project is not only a full-gut renovation, there will also be a rear 2-storey plus basement addition. The existing house is undergoing a complete makeover - inside and out, to create a fresh, modern living space that reflects who they are and how they live their lives. The entire layout of the existing home is being reconfigured to provide them with all the elements on the “must-have” list. The basement is being underpinned, providing them with a full-height space, which will be a better and more comfortable environment. The additional space created on the second floor means no more sharing bedrooms for these kids - and the adults will now have their own ensuite, complete with a sauna. The main floor focuses on open concept living with a larger kitchen with a big family-sized island. The basement addition will not only allow for a more generous family area where they can craft, watch shows and play together, it will also provide them with a light-filled home office, washroom, large laundry room and more storage.
